Who was the person responsible for stopping the mail for three days for the festival? Locals were never notified, and pension checks were delayed as well as mail order medications. Very unprofessional and should be removed from that positions!
I wish that I could give them 0 stars. The people that work in this office are terrible. They delivered a very expensive package to someone else in my condo complex and did nothing to help me find it or recover it. Basically, my loss. When I called to talk to them they were rude. They thought they put me on hold, but they didn't, and I could hear them on the phone making fun of me and my situation. Honestly, if I didn't have to use the post office, I wouldn't. I have complained to USPS to no avail. They do not care whatsoever for anyone or anything. They also don't deliver my mail until around 6pm which is absolutely ridiculous. Worst post office ever!
Worst service and staffing ever. Mail service is slow and stretched. The carriers are too lazy to bring packages to the door so consistently jam packages into the box that we have to break to get out. A means to an end at best.
The office is fine , everyone is really nice however when it come to getting my mail, I'm very irritated. They are always late with my packages and sometimes when I have a package that they need to drop off at the door they don't knock or ring the bell and just leave a note. I don't know what is going on but they need to fix it!
my husband and I do quite a bit of ordering merchandise online like many others these days. Canal Fulton Postal carriers insist on stuffing large packages into our mail box that we can barely remove from the mailbox frequently tearing the packaging apart. Our mailbox has been damaged as a result &. I have had merchandise damaged as a result. I have called 4 to 5 times over the past 2 years asking them to please leave larger packages on our covered front porch & this still continues..........
